Winter fruits en Germany
Again according to the BZfE, the fruits that are cultivated nationally in the winter months are:
-Apple (December January February)
-Pear (December)
On the other hand, other calendars would indicate only apples. In any case, both apples and pears are of summer-autumn harvest and are sold in winter as they come from storage.
All in all there is no such thing as winter harvest fruits grown in Germany.
